During the last few weeks, SAM recieved many complaints about thesis supervision. Students said they received too little feedback from their supervisor, they had trouble setting up a meeting, and had to wait too long to receive a reply to their emails. We even heard a story from a student who was called to defend his thesis, only to hear he failed on textual grounds.
SAM finds this unacceptable, and wants to tackle this issue for you. To do this, we need your help. We have opened a Thesis Supervision Hotline, to which you can send your story. We will work together with study associations and faculty council fractions to help you with your issue!
